我当时学习emba的时候，认识了好多emba校友。现在毕业了，但是我们大家还一直有联繫。前几天一个emba校友给我打电话问我有没有意向做房地残投资，我当时没有立刻回复他，因为我自己对房地产投资这一块也不是很熟悉，后来他昨天就又给我打电话了，说是我们好多emba校友现在都做房地产投资呢，很挣钱，问我要是愿意的话，我们俩就合伙一起干，我想了想就说好吧！毕竟我这个emba校友说话办事还是挺可靠的，在社会上也认识不少人，所以办起事情来方便多了。
