現在的人大部份都有頸椎的問題，我覺得現在我好像也有點頸椎的問題，因為平時我要是在電腦前坐的時間長的話，就會感到非常難受，回家以後也會疼上半天才能緩過來，而我爸媽現在都有點風濕，每當台灣下雨的時候他們的腿就疼的不行，我問過很多人爸媽的這個問題用什麽方法可以得到根治，其中一個人給我說可以考慮帶他們去做扶陽罐，因為他認識的人做了扶陽罐之後身體變了好多，原來疼的地方也不疼了，我帶著爸媽去做了之後，發現這種方法真的是挺有效的。

我就要去留學英國了，為了這個我真的是準備了很長的時間，我把所有的精力都用在了我的英國留學上了。為了這次的英國留學我花了三年的時間準備，這次終于是快要接近我的夢想了。真得是感覺很不容易。因為我的英語還是很好的，所以在語言的方面還是沒有花費很多的時間和精力，就是在地理方面是下了很大的功夫和精力，還有就是人文和民俗方面，因為我這次去就要在英國待上很長的時間，所以一定要好好的把這方面得只是好好的補一補了。
